The position is responsible for data analysis that optimizes statistical efficiency and quality. Maintaining and developing reports, dashboards, graphs and visualizations, performs data validation and cleansing for Services Order Management Team. Creating ad-hoc reports, data, working with all levels of the organization including leadership team to prioritize business and information needs. Supports Business with turning data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. Understands the underlying business processes and trends and translates data into meaningful insights that will drive strategic decisions.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing various reporting platforms manage relevant data, create graphical and visual interpretations of the data, and turn them into automated reports and dashboards reflecting (but not limited to) key performance indicators
- Maintain & enhance internal & external reporting solutions.
- Continuously work on automated reporting and build in process efficiencies to minimize manual reporting
- Validate reporting data sources and ensure data quality meets required specifications. Ensure appropriate linkages to required systems.
- Direct owner for multiple client facing and internal reports.
- Ensure reports, tools documentation is complete, current, accurate, and stored appropriately.
- Data/report issue resolution: document database specifications, provide fault isolation and resolution.
- Enhance database and reports for optimum performance & client impact.
- Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of the manager to meet business objectives and program growth.
Your profile:
- Proven working experience as a business data analyst.
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Management or Economics.
- At least advanced in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, VBA programming skills as well as a vast knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access.
- Strong experience with Tableau and/or other data visualization tools and Oracle DB.
- Enterprise data warehouse management skills.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, write and speak clearly, capable to easily communicate complex ideas, to articulate technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Preferably experience with Logistics data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in a simple, understandable way.
- A curious mindset with a passion for understanding underlying business processes and trends.
- Self-starter, who accomplishes goals with broad direction and minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Flexible, with ability to quickly adapt to changes in business direction that may impact initiatives in progress with minimal noise.
- Proficient at multi-tasking, can manage multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver results on time.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques in data analysis and visualization.
