What you'll be doing:
- Product and monetization strategies: develop and test various bidding and monetization models, and simulate the impact that changes can have on revenue.
- Indicators: Provides a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) used to report on product adoption, use, performance, and departure. Provides visibility to help you understand whether the group's monetization efforts are working.
- Prediction: Design, maintain, and manage inventory and revenue forecasting models as important components of the revenue optimization process. Analyze sales patterns to identify trends and support financial forecasts.
- A/B testing: Design, perform, analyze and identify A/B testing to inform and prioritize product iteration. Do this with statistical rigor and conduct a cohort study to answer the question "Why?" about the drivers of the test results.
- Brief Story Delivery – At the completion of the test, it delivers a business "story" hidden in data and test results by organizing timely, compelling, and fact-based tests.
Basic qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is an analyst who conducts ad data analysis, business analysis, financial analysis, market research, and management reporting, with more than 3 years of experience.
- Great SQL Utilization Capabilities
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Well organized, detail-oriented thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously for multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving organization

A bachelor's degree holder
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in e-Commerce, Retails or related domains
- Python or R utilization capabilities for statistical analysis
- Hive, Presto, Airflow experience
- A master's degree holder in technology
- Visualization Skills (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Looker)
