Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is essential, along with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive sales and customer success initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and essential metrics for sales and customer success.
- Ensure data assets for sales and customer success align with overarching business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to address data needs and project goals.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
- Support new product launches by aligning with timelines for sales operations and customer success.
- Assist in commission and target-setting processes by providing timely and accurate reporting.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to enhance insights and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Salesforce).
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle difficult situations with sound judgment.
- Practical experience in data analytics and data-driven decision-making in sales operations.
