Data analyst, sales and customer behavior

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES:

Strategic: You will support the development of strategy and the implementation of a data-driven Business Performance DNA ;

Analytics: You identify Insights, in order to optimize the Business Performance of our projects, campaigns, price elasticity, sales conversion funnels, customer lifetime value, offers, partnerships, etc. You collaborate with the B.I and Data architect teams, to ensure the evolution of our analytical stack;

Reporting: You create, use and present dashboards and analytical reports, by project, by period, by objective and to measure results against comparables;

Predictive: You develop predictive models to understand and anticipate our customers' actions.

• You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in data management, analysis, visualization, interpretation and understanding;
• You have excellent skills in transforming data into Insights and business recommendations;
• You have strong popularization skills;
• You have solid experience of analysis tools (SQL, G.A, etc.) and visualization tools (Power B.I);
• You have experience in implementing predictive models/algorithms (an asset);
• You are fluent in French and English (written/verbal) (frequent contacts outside Quebec).
