Job Description: The Customer Services department within ETG strives to continuously improve customer experience by driving changes through automation, processes and quality improvements. We are looking for an inquisitive Data Analyst who will play a key role in enabling data and insights to key stakeholders which will enable them to support that mission.
You have had good experiences in dealing with data and providing business reporting.. You are comfortable in working with complex and multidimensional data as well as communicating around that. The role will be based in Mumbai and you will have stakeholders across the global Customer Services organization.
