Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in program management, driven by a passion for quality implementation and eye for details, process excellence, strong fundamentals & process understanding
- Build and maintain good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- End-to-end facilitation and query resolution for projects for process onboarding to implementation, kick-off meeting and follow-up on action points
- Giving support to project teams in defining KPIs, verifying data quality and analysis of metrics at the project and organization level.
- Experience in software implementation methodologies like Agile, Waterfall and Kanban, that align to the business objectives of the organization.
- Help projects tailor the processes to meet their project objectives without deviating from meeting business objectives
- Facilitate day-to-day activities pertaining to the query resolution, tool support and managing stakeholders
- Involves continuous engagements, follow up with stakeholders, organize and attend meetings and follow up
- Organize attend meetings, documentation, follow up on these
- Should be good at process improvisation and innovation and should be proactive in their approach
- Should know data visualization and analysis techniques and should be able to present relevant dashboards/reports to Senior Management at a defined frequency
- Conduct training and provide coaching to teams on the implementation of the processes and supporting activities
- Organize the planning of various working groups, including scheduling meetings, tracking projects, and maintaining regular status updates
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about the status, adjustments, and progress
- Achievement of agreed and defined program milestones within defined timelines
Job requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience in the IT industry
- Should be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and technicalities
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical skills
Good to have
- Good experience in Project Management Tools JIRA, Sharepoint, Confluence etc.
- Any certification(s) in Project Management like PMP, CSM, etc.
Qualifications
- Graduation in Computer-application/Maths/Science
- Post-Graduation in Operations/Business/Computer-application Management
