All Roles at Greetz are currently being hired in Amsterdam but the Greetz office will be moving to Almere in September 2024.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

As the International Card Planner covering The Netherlands, Ireland, Australia and USA, your primary responsibility is to inform more considered product development through detailed everyday & seasonal range analysis and insights covering. You will work closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure that relevant occasions, missions and ranges are highlighted to customers at all times. Furthermore, you will support Trade and Organisational Business Reviews with insights and range analysis when required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and maintain a range plan to keep our Card Range relevant and timely, collaborating with the Commercial and Marketing teams to maximize mission opportunities.
  • Provide the Global Design team with insights from customer feedback and trend analysis to support range development.
  • Develop “Mission Dashboards” and conduct range reviews.
  • Support range sign-offs with the Global Design team to ensure alignment with range plans.
  • Implement and review tagging standards for website consistency.
  • Instruct the Database team on publishing designs and pricing updates.
  • Lead content site walks to ensure accurate and effective presentation of galleries and site content, and address issues with stakeholders.
  • Provide range analysis to guide the focus of card landing pages and ensure relevant content is prioritized.
  • Approve content wireframes to highlight the right card categories and themes.
  • Develop curated galleries such as “Web & App Bestseller”, “New”, and “Trending”.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team on product selections for emails to entice customers.
  • Continuously update a PPC and Marketing product list to promote the best products online.
  • Participate in project groups to drive card metrics as needed.

About you:

  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, working knowledge of SQL & Tableau an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to interpret data into commercial insights
  • The ability to balance work on several projects at a time, often under stressful circumstances.
  • fluent in Dutch and English
  • An ability to work both independently with your own initiative and within a team environment.
  • Interest and knowledge of greeting cards
  • Able to organise your own workload, prioritise and work to a deadline
  • Willing team player able to support colleagues and contribute to broader projects
  • Good communication skills with a high attention to detail
