Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and a strong background in marketing analytics, particularly within the US market. The ideal candidate will excel in data-driven decision-making, have extensive experience with SQL databases, and be proficient in analyzing complex datasets to uncover actionable insights. This role is crucial in supporting Plivo’s marketing efforts by providing data-driven insights that drive growth and optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret data sets related to customer behavior, campaigns, and website performance.
  • Conduct customer segmentation to identify high-value profiles for targeted marketing.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on website performance and conversions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with IT on data management.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports.
  • Strong knowledge in data visualizations tools like Looker Studio and Quicksight.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an analytics centric role.
  • Experience in marketing analytics is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and conversion optimization methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
