Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to the following:
Support the day-to-day data needs of internal clients by:
- Clarifying requests as needed
- Preparing the data
- Performing list matches using a mixture of in house developed tools and MS Excel
- Reporting upon the results
Work directly with internal clients on the above
Competencies
- Attention to detail – must be able to review and flag any errors or inconsistencies in data
- Communication – must be able to effectively communicate across departments and teams – with clients, sales, operations, and programming
- Problem-solving – must be able to resolve issues, brainstorm, and problem-solve across teams
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
- Advanced Excel – the ability to develop PivotTables/Charts as well as complex formulas
- Candidates must be customer service oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Organized, self-motivated, and self-directed
- Strong understanding of data structure and management
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written
- Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity of information
- Experience working within a market research company or other type of quantitative research organization desirable, but not required
- Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage in future career progression
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences/B.Tech/MCA/MCA
Willing to work in US EST Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).
