Data Analyst (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team, which includes a diverse group of Data Analysts.
At rebuy, we deeply value collaboration, empathy, and a culture of honest feedback. This role is cross-functional, allowing you to collaborate closely with both the Data team and your stakeholders' teams. You'll be fully supported by the Data team while being embedded within other departments, where your expertise will have a direct impact on teams that don't typically have access to advanced data insights. As part of our team, you'll foster strong relationships and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.


This role goes beyond simply conducting analysis to address stakeholder questions. We're seeking someone who truly understands the challenges and needs of the departments you’ll be supporting and can leverage data to solve their problems. You will ensure that data speaks the loudest in discussions often dominated by personal opinions. By applying critical thinking, objectivity, and practical data skills, you'll empower evidence-based decisions and establish reliable data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • More than 2 years of experience in analytics, data science, or similar fields.
  •  Proven analytical skills, including cleaning, evaluation, analysis, and visualization of data.
  • Agile mindset and strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on finding the right approach for a given challenge.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets (DBT).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in creating dashboards (we use Looker).
