What does this role involve:
- Participating in creating strategy and setting direction of the activities of HR department (Administration, C&B, Learning&Development, Talent Acquisition, HRBP).
- Creating reporting environment for HR (IBM Cognos, Google Cloud Platform, Data Studio, SAP, HRIS).
- Collecting, structuring, analyzing and reporting of HR indicators and data.
- Cooperating with IT Business Services team in designing and administering the systems.
- Creating reports, self-service dashboards and data visualizations for various stakeholders (HR management, HRBP, Talent Acquisition team, etc.).

We are looking for people who:
- Have 2+ years of experience in business/ data/ HR analysis area.
- Have good knowledge of SQL; knowledge of GCP ecosystem is an advantage.
- Are experienced with data management and have knowledge of data visualization principles (incl. Experience with data visualization tools, like Tableau, PowerBI or Google Data Studio).
- Have experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research; are able to work with multiple sources of data.
- Demonstrate strong execution capability: stand-alone, able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders.
- Have well developed strategic thinking capability: are able to clarify a problem, analyze different possible scenarios, apply both logical and creative skills to work out the recommended solution.
- Demonstrate high flexibility and agility to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment.
- Communicate fluently in English.
