As a data analyst, you will play a crucial role in enriching our engineering and strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. In this role, you will be working closely with engineering teams including software engineers, cloud and app developers and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) specialists, to extract meaningful insights from the data collected from our fleet of products.
What you will do:
Utilize your strong analytical skills to extract, cleanse and analyze large datasets to uncover valuable insights and trends.
Develop compelling and informative data visualizations to facilitate stakeholders comprehension of complex data and enable informed decision making.
Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and or engineering requirements supporting data-driven insights, analysis and decisions.
Ensure data quality through comprehensive data validation and implementation of data cleansing procedures.
Combine statistical and time-series analysis in order to extract trends and insights from the entire fleet of products
Define and implement data analytics that can be used to enrich the customer experience via our mobile app
Generate and distribute reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
