Hadrian — Manufacturing the Future
Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies make rockets, jets, and satellites 10x faster and 2x cheaper. Our CEO, Chris Power, discusses the importance of what we're building in
this video.
We are a lean but mighty team (and growing!) people that are passionate about building critical infrastructure to support the nation and the advancement of humanity.
To support our ambitious vision, we have raised > $200M from Lux Capital, A16Z, Founders Fund, Construct Capital, Caffeinated Capital, and more.
We're looking for a Data Analyst to ultimately analyze, validate, and visualize critical data w/ skills in SQL, Python or Typescript to enhance GTM and operational processes, ensuring data quality through collaboration with cross-functional teams here at Hadrian.
Your contributions to our internal CAD/CAM automation software suite (Copilot) will help our team automate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis, CAM programming, and CMM programming. Collaborating with top-tier operators, we identify areas ripe for software augmentation or automation. Your work will have a direct impact on the throughput and efficiency of both people and machines across the organization. Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing is not a prerequisite. Come join us!
What is Copilot?
Copilot is our suite of CAD/CAM automation software that is responsible for automating Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis, CAM programming, and CMM programming. We work with some of the best operators in the world to identify high impact areas to augment and/or automate with software. We are responsible for designing and implementing the solutions cradle to grave. Broadly, this can be any combination of full stack web engineering, applications engineering, computational geometry, and working with a number of engineering centric APIs (documented and undocumented).
In this role you will:
- Validate and sanitize critical data that supports go-to-market and operations processes
- Use SQL and visualization tools to understand the key data and share insights with key stakeholders
- Collaborating with teams across go-to-market, engineering, and operations to improve and standardize processes that ensure data quality
- Work on an AI-augmented data validation pipeline using Python or Typescript
- Build alongside an incredible team of software engineers, mechanical engineers, operators, and the best machinists/CAM programmers in the world
This might be a good fit if you:
- Have educational or professional experience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or computer science
- Prior experience evaluating and understanding complex datasets, extracting key insights and finding signal in the noise
- Have Demonstrated experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL
- Have demonstrated an ability to take ownership for project outcomes
- Want to learn from a team of cracked engineers
What sets you apart / admired skills:
- Experience working manufacturing data, including but not limited to CAD, mechanical drawings, technical specifications and SOPs
- Experience with CNC machines, 3D Printers, or enjoy building physical hardware
- Understanding fundamentals of machine learning and AI
- You have demonstrated project experience with visual, geometric, or multimodal deep learning models
In addition to salary and equity, we offer:
• 100% coverage of platinum medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees
• 401k
