THE ROLE
Reporting to the Analytics Manager, you’ll help solve complex data challenges and work with a wide range of tools to build accurate, scalable and innovative data solutions. With your analytical expertise and strong problem solving skills you’ll help the department make better decisions with data!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Tackle complex data problems with a variety of tools and implement innovative and scalable solutions
- Leverage your proficiency in tools such as BigQuery, dbt and Python to efficiently extract and transform raw datasets into structured and usable formats
- Build and maintain data models, reports and dashboards in BigQuery and Looker to provide stakeholders with relevant and timely information
- Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
- Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring the reliability and integrity of analytical outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and to implement data-driven solutions
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
WHO YOU ARE
- Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, BigQuery, or similar)
- Experience using data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar)
- Knowledge of statistical programming languages like Python and/or R
- Ability to work autonomously in solving complex technical problems
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Advanced in English, both written and oral
