Overview of Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data & AI Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in advising and guiding our clients on data strategy, AI adoption, and implementation of advanced analytics solutions on the Google Cloud Platform. You will collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and technical experts to deliver high-impact data and AI initiatives that drive business outcomes and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to data and AI.
  • Lead strategic consulting engagements to define data and AI strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with client goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' data maturity, infrastructure, and capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop customized data and AI solutions on the Google Cloud Platform, leveraging a wide range of GCP services and tools.
  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms, data lakes, and AI pipelines to support advanced analytics and machine learning.
  • Provide expert guidance on data governance, data quality, privacy, and compliance best practices to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement AI/ML models, algorithms, and solutions that address specific business challenges.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enable clients to build internal capabilities and drive adoption of data and AI technologies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, AI, and cloud computing, and share insights with clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our data and AI practice by developing thought leadership content, participating in marketing activities, and nurturing client relationships.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a data strategist, AI consultant, or similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Deep expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing data and AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with the Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, TensorFlow, AI Platform, Dataflow, and other relevant services.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading consulting engagements, driving project delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Data Engineer, Professional Machine Learning Engineer) are a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed to client sites and other locations.
