About your new role

As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a Data Administrator to join our team. This position involves a variety of data tasks in order to support the Service Delivery teams with growing our business.

You will also be required to clean existing data in order to maximise email receipt and action (SAQ completions) by reviewing the data loaded by a client and improve it where needed using a combination of sources such as the platform and other sites i.e. Google.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Administrator, you are expected to undertake the following responsibilities as part of your day to day activities:

  • Ensuring NQC’s client data is consistent across all platforms
  • Updating data where necessary and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure correct data is held on file
  • Use relevant data to support and advise on specific business processes e.g. changes to client locations or additional sites
  • Work closely with the service delivery and client teams on the on-going improvements to NQC’s databases
  • A variety of ad-hoc data/administration duties 

Requirements

To be successful for this role, you will ideally meet these requirements:

  • Experienced in analysis and organisation of data (whether that be within a work environment or a relative degree).
  • Computer literate, specifically within Excel or Google sheets.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
  • Able to support team members and build relationships to achieve common goals.
  • Keen to take ownership of personal development and encourage and support the development of others.
