KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Oversee project execution: Lead Agile ceremonies, define acceptance criteria, and guide the creation of user stories to ensure projects align with client expectations.
● Manage client relationships and internal teams: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal project teams, facilitating communication and decision-making across various functional groups.
● Plan and organize projects: Develop and maintain project plans, manage implementation and budget, proactively address project issues, and guarantee timely
task completion.
● Document project requirements: Clearly articulate and document product specifications, providing detailed guidance to developers, designers, and other creative teams.
● Lead client and internal meetings: Conduct effective meetings and presentations to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and progress.
● Monitor progress and deliverables: Track project deliverables, ensuring projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
● Translate business needs into actionable solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into clear project requirements
and deliverables.
● Facilitate testing and quality assurance: Lead quality assurance and user acceptance
testing processes to deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
● Education and experience:
○ Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience as a Creative Project Manager or a similar role with comparable skills.
○ Proven experience at an agency or in-house creative team as a Creative Project Manager or Project Manager handling creative projects.
○ Background working with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
 
● Technical skills:
○ Proficiency in project management and creative collaboration tools: Expertise in tools like Asana, Trello, Basecamp, or similar project management software.\
○ Familiarity with creative collaboration platforms like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or InVision is a plus.
○ Excellent documentation and communication skills: Ability to create clear and concise project briefs, creative briefs, and status reports, tailored to different audiences (clients, creative teams, and stakeholders).
○ Proficiency in productivity and presentation tools: Expertise in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications, particularly PowerPoint/Google Slides for creating compelling presentations.
○ Basic understanding of creative production processes: Familiarity with design, copywriting, video production, and other creative disciplines to effectively
manage timelines and resource allocation
 
● Soft skills:
○ Strong client relationship management skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, and manage expectations effectively.
○ Experience with Agile or adaptable project management methodologies: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with iterative project workflows.
○ Exceptional communication and presentation skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
○ Strong organizational and time management skills: Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
○ Experience facilitating creative reviews and feedback sessions: Skilled at guiding constructive feedback discussions, ensuring clear communication between clients and creative teams.
