You will be fully responsible for Retail sales and business development in DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in the Sales Team with following main activities:
- Responsible for DACH Retail region strategy.
- Maintaining and developing stable & long-lasting relationships with existing distributors and looking for new opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with indirect customers across channels (retailers, etailers, DYI, APR, etc) and looking for new channels & partnerships.
- Building marketing & promo yearly plan with customers.
- Managing promotional and other sell-out driven activities with your partners. Managing regional SOA & Marketing budget together with Channel Marketing manager, focusing on ROI.
- Stock at distribution & customers management covering forthcoming activities.
- Reporting including multiples datas analysis
- Supporting customers on RMA topic, ensuring its proper management with local RMA partner.
- Being responsible for P&L ensuring forecast accuracy & regular updates. Yearly budget preparation.
- Responsible for sales targets & cooperation with Amazon and Eshop teams to ensure all channels’ growth.
- Launching new products, organizing trainings in local language together with distributors and Netatmo training manager.
- Regular market analysis, including competition, market tendencies, local specificities related to smart home topic. Regular communication with Netatmo marketing team to ensure adaptation of marketing & PR strategy to DACH region needs.
- Participating in local fairs & smart home events, ensuring brand presence & recognition growth.
- Regular customer meetings & visits, 20% of travelling, including stores checks together with Channel Marketing manager.
- Developing PRO channel (plumbers & electricians, real estate, integrators) together with local Legrand teams.
- Cooperate with the Channel Marketing person in the team for the success of activities
- Cooperate within Netatmo organization with all the different departments involved in sales topics (marketing, logistic, customer care)
- Cooperate with the Legrand local subsidiaries to support sales initiative and clients' needs
- Quarterly visits of Netatmo headquarter in Boulogne-Billancourt for quarterly business reviews sessions.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in high tech premium products or are moving to the next step in your career using your previous business & market experiences
- High degree of autonomy to take quick decisions, capable of solving complex problems
- Customer-oriented, data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making
- Good networker, strong interpersonal and communication skiils
- Team player and are able to convince others to join your (or company) directions, if necessary, show an open-minded business approach with willingness to be flexible
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- Interest in high tech, IOT and smart home
- German and English are obligatory, French is a plus
Ideally you would be located in Germany with quarterly visits of Netatmo headquarters. Work from Paris office is possible.
