DA Coordinator

The DA Coordinator will handle all BAU activities regarding ongoing projects in field including coordinating/preparing/validating all projects between field/team leaders/commercial department. The DA Coordinator will act as a point of contact for the auditors in one region (south of Sweden) and will work closely with Field Manager on day-to-day tasks.

It is a temporary position planned from November 2024 to December 2025

Location: Sweden, (being located in the Malmö area will be an advantage, but there is a possibility to work remotely from Sweden)

Job Responsibilities 

  • Contact point for auditors in one region 
  • Make plans for all studies, make sure all are uploaded in the system the week before field work
  • Checking and confirming that all the expected stores have submitted data at the end of all studies. Report missing stores
  • Prepare instructions and store samples
  • Contact with NRPS role in RV for planning of price collections
  • Auditor Recruiting & Screening
  • Field Auditor Training, physical meetings/trainings with auditors if needed
  • Coaching of Auditors
  • Follow up on quality and efficiency
  • Validation of data before delivery to client
  • Planning and scheduling field work for auditors
  • Technical support on scanners
  • Other support for the Field Manager when needed

 

Role Requirements

  • 2 years of back office experience
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers and capturing/reporting information
  • Good communication skills and a pleasant personality
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work well under pressure and set timelines
  • Team player with a collaborative disposition
  • Good English skills both written and orally
  • Experience with field work is beneficial
  • Technology skills to support the auditors and the tech team on issues with apps and devices
  • An advantage to be located in Malmö area to be able to meet the auditors in the region
