Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall application solution design.
- Provides guidance to functional and technical resources.
- Focuses on quality and consistency of design-related Deliverables.
- Works closely with Client/Business Users to resolve design, solution and support issues.
- Facilitates Client’s decision-making process.
- Provides configuration, business process, and front-end application troubleshooting and modification.
