What will you do in this role?
- Interact daily with clients and be involved in various short- and long-term client projects to implement, upgrade and support D365 BC & NAV
- Serve as a Lead Implementer on multiple Implementations
- Serve as Subject Matter expert in Functional Areas and Industries
- Execute/Deliver Design Workshops & User Acceptance Workshops
- Proactively identify, analyze, and respond to issues and risks
- Communicate updates and status to management
- Manage and review work performed by other consultants
- Mentor and train consultants on best practices, project methodology and professional client service
- Suggest areas of improvement in methodology and internal processes along with potential solutions
- Foster teamwork and maintain an inclusive environment for all team members
- Remote role with travel to client sites, as needed
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience, preferably in a professional services or management consulting firm
- 5+ years experience in software Implementations
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and D365 BC
- Proficiency in several ISV Products (Lanham, Insight Works, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented, time management with ability to prioritize and align with leadership and client goals
