We are seeking a Czech Speaking - Sales Manager (m/f/d) based in Austria - Jenbach HQ or Vienna where you will be part of the INNIO Jenbacher Regional Sales team. You will be the sales manager (m/f/d) for Jenbacher new unit sales in Central Eastern Europe, responsible for creating orders’ intake and sales for the company in the assigned region.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Selling INNIO Jenbacher products in Central Eastern Europe Region
- Implementing the winning strategy for each project, involving the necessary partners to meet the end customer's expectations
- Own customers relationship throughout the entire sales cycle from lead identification, negotiation and deal closure
- Negotiating deal terms and conditions with mid- level and/or operational management level of customers or end-users
- Responsible for sales contract with direct and indirect customers and / or with EPC companies
- Executes on operational plan for own department/territory
- Handling negotiations on price, payment, and delivery terms within DOA for the level of own's roles
- Works closely and gets support from senior experts on negotiating other T&Cs
- Selling solutions, engines, „commodity" into existing and new segments of customers
- Monitor, maintain and deliver strategic market intelligence on a regular basis to help formulate and drive end user business development strategy to secure orders for new product opportunities
- Participate in regional pacing calls with assigned distributor and key accounts
- Interface with Regional Business Operations and Finance teams and support regional leader to provide monthly and quarter orders commitments and associated updates
Your Profile:
- Very good experience in commercial experience in sales in the power gen Industry, including commercial experience managing end customer and key accounts
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Business or equivalent work experience in similar area
- Well-developed business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with customers and within company
- Good understanding of the market, competitors, and potential customers in assigned territory
- Existing network of major energy-related companies in CZ: utilities, IPPs, EPCs
- Ability to multitask and manage various activities simultaneously
- Customer focus mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
- Persuasive skills to influence decision-making process
- Ability to clearly present and articulate a value proposition
- Strong technical aptitude and proven ability to sell a technical solution
- Working knowledge of business finance and in selling products and/or services
- Strong commercial and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to travel ~50% in assigned territories
- Fluent in Czech / native language
- Very good English language skills (at least at B1 level)
- German or Hungarian language is an advantage
Job Specific knowledge:
- Strong understanding of reciprocating engine technology and its applications in the power gen industry (preferably Jenbacher products)
- IT literate (Outlook, Excel, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of contractual legal frameworks
