- Assist customers with inquiries related to eco-friendly products and resolve issues effectively.

- Accurately document customer interactions to aid in future service enhancements.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about eco-friendly products and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
- Strong interest in eco-friendly products and sustainability.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping customers.
