Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach in all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is a must. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong passion for beauty and skincare products.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to approach challenges with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in working within the beauty industry and contributing to customer satisfaction!
