- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
- Assist with customer feedback and help improve service quality.
- Native or fluent in Czech (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A positive and proactive attitude, Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Independence in the use of computer equipment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
