Czech Customer Service (Lisbon)

  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
  • Assist with customer feedback and help improve service quality.
  • Native or fluent in Czech (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Independence in the use of computer equipment.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
