As a Cycling Specialist, my role is to ensure all customers leave our stores ‘satisfied or satisfied’. From a friendly and professional welcome through to a unique online and offline retail experience. You will enjoy sharing your passion in sports with our customers. Your role is to always deliver quality services through the repair of bicycles, scooters, skateboards and personalization services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Bicycle Repair and Maintenance: Perform diverse repair tasks for optimal bicycle performance.
- Customer Service: Provide expert guidance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Technical Support: Diagnose complex issues and stay updated on industry trends.
- Refurbishment and Sales: Prepare pre-owned bicycles for resale and assist in sales transactions.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Computer Literacy: Utilize digital systems for seamless operations.
