Cybersecurity Engineer, Tarragona

You will be part of the corporate cybersecurity team carrying out the following main tasks:

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Operate cybersecurity systems related to compliance and auditing.
• Monitoring of systems and networks using the SIEM platform and vulnerability management tools.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, minimizing impact and ensuring rapid recovery.
• Collaborate in the implementation of proactive security measures in the corporation.
• Conduct periodic security audits and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Contribute to the development of security processes and procedures.
• Monitoring risk and control issues and actions remediation

Profile 

- Strong interest and motivation to learn and grow in the field of cybersecurity.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

- Knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity, including frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001 and TISAX and regulations as GDPR

- Skills and strategic thinking to review risk profiles and prioritize actions

- Capacity to leverage on existing information to determine independent controls assessments

Will be valuable:

- Cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM or CEH.

- Bash, Python and Powershell programming languages ​​are valued.

- Management of security tools, SIEM, EDR, IDS, Proxy, etc.

- Experience in systems and network administration.

- Security knowledge in cloud solutions, especially in Azure and AWS.

- Stay up to date on the latest threats and trends in cybersecurity, researching new techniques and tools to improve protection.

Education

- Degree in System Informatics or equivalent

Languages

- High level of both oral and written English.
