POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about cybersecurity and ensuring organizational compliance with industry standards and regulations? We are seeking an Entry-Level Cybersecurity Compliance Documentation Assistant to join our team and support our efforts in maintaining, documenting and supporting our cybersecurity practices.
JOB SCOPE
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and documentation necessary for cybersecurity compliance.
- Review and update existing cybersecurity documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and reconcile compliance documentation from across the enterprise.
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing cybersecurity controls and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and gather evidence supporting the implementation and effectiveness of these controls.
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance evidence, including tracking changes and updates over time.
- Assisting in the development of evidence collection and automation procedures and framing templates to streamline process and improve efficiency.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and principles is preferred but not required.
