Resilience is seeking a Cyber Risk Advisor in London/Europe to enhance our customers' cyber risk management capabilities. As part of our comprehensive cyber risk solution, you'll utilize our state-of-the-art SaaS platform to assist clients in understanding, evaluating, and mitigating cyber threats. This role requires collaboration with clients to guide them through financial and security risk decisions.

Your responsibilities will include translating security into understandable risk impacts, devising strategies with clients from mid-level to C-suite, and recommending solutions to boost their cyber resilience. You'll also act as a vital connector between our internal teams and our clients, ensuring our solutions meet their needs.
This position is a hybrid located in London or Europe.
Responsiblities:
- Participate in customer engagements to translate security concepts into risk impact.
- Create impactful experiences for key customer stakeholders which include mid-level through C-suite security, risk, and finance professionals.
- Assess the impact of security vulnerabilities and weaknesses in a company’s networks and quickly recommend changes to processes and technologies to reduce customer cyber risk.
- Technical solution response to the customer and help deliver a comprehensive Resilience solution response that leverages the Resilience SaaS portal and your expertise.
- Present the solution proposal to the customer, demonstrate how it reduces the customer’s risk and the financial impact of that risk reduction, and how the solution is differentiated from the competition.
- Act as the technical bridge for internal (Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Underwriting) and external (customers and insurance brokers) audiences that will connect security to risk.
- Assist with risk selection in collaboration with Underwriting.
Qualifications:
- This is a bilingual position that requires fluency in English and one additional language, either Spanish, French, or German.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in cyber risk management, with familiarity in frameworks like CMMC, GDPR, and NIST CSF.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and swiftly address security vulnerabilities.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation, along with a solid understanding of incident response.
- Analytical, possessing excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel 20% domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
