SUMMARY
WONGDOODY APAC has brought together a world-class team of creative experts in strategy and innovation, multi-channel user experience, visual design, technology and delivery. We are looking for a Customer Experience Designer (CX/UX) in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. In this role, you’ll develop and improve the end-to-end customer experience in the financial sector. You will consult and support the customer experience team and their mission to become the leader in customer-centric companies in Australia. You´ll be part of the growing consulting team thinking around financial and insurance customer experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Very strong CX skill sets and strategic design to build out research and roadmaps for customers and understanding of Finance and Insurance,
A designer with some UX capability, whilst CX will be their main strength a hybrid designer would be most beneficial in this piece,
Strong background in working closely with the Projects Business Lead, Tech Lead to understand customer needs and translate them into findings,
Create and deliver project research as well as specific features and components which will then be turned into journey maps, personas, blueprints and concepts and low-fi designs
