About the Team: The Customs Coordinator will be working closely with the Associate Manager, Customs Operations, diving into all things customs-related in Canada. From checking shipping and customs docs to smoothing out the customs release process, they'll handle it all. Plus, they'll be on top of reconciling customs data and keeping records. They'll be the go-between for our team, carriers, and customs brokers, making sure our customs declarations are on point with SSENSE's trade compliance goals.

How To Excel In This Role:
- Prior experience in trade compliance, supply chain, or logistics roles
- Bachelor's degree or professional certification in International Trade, Supply Chain and Logistics, or related fields
- E-commerce fashion/apparel industry experience an asset
- Having a CSCB Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or Certified Trade Compliance Specialist (CTCS) designation is a plus
