In this position, your primary responsibility is to deliver and support smooth SSD qualification and customer acceptance of Solidigm SSD solutions through direct work with customers, marketing, internal validation and product development teams, etc. You will also be expected to perform excellent at your daily work, including
Develop test plan per customer and industrial quality standard, and drive to flowless execution;
- Analyze failures and actively drive issues to closure;
- Explore optimal test approaches in order to continuously increase product coverage and efficiency;
- Close work with internal and external stakeholder to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- The candidate must host a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on SSD, storage and server validation and/or HW/SW development.
- Good knowledge in computer architecture and Linux operation
- Deep understanding of SSD features and usage scenarios
- Knowledgeable of test methodologies and experienced in black box and/or white box (more preferred) areas
- Insights of drive (performance) behaviors in systems, capable of writing scripts as the needs of test and debugging
- Capable of working with dynamic environment
- Skillful at structured problem solving and communication
- Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- PCIe, and/or NVMe protocol and debug, including debug tools protocol analyzers
- NAND memory fundamentals Validation
- Git or other version control systems
- Continuous integration and agile methodologies
