Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Website Specialist, you are a key player in supporting our service professionals (Pros) through the website customer support process, ensuring their websites meet expectations and perform optimally. You directly communicate with Pros, assist with website edit requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to enhance the customer experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks, and you’re driven by a desire to improve processes and provide exceptional service.

You are highly organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently and work closely with cross-functional teams. Your proactive mindset ensures that website changes are handled efficiently, and any issues or concerns raised by Pros are resolved quickly. Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.

 

What you do each day:

  • Provide direct support to Pros during the website creation process, answering questions, assisting with configurations, and addressing concerns
  • Handle website edit requests from Pros, ensuring changes are accurately reflected and communicated back to them in a timely manner
  • Proactively reach out to Pros who need guidance or have requested assistance with their websites
  • Troubleshoot website-related issues including functionality, design, and content updates
  • Collaborate within the team to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues
  • Track and manage support tickets, including website edit requests and troubleshooting inquiries
  • Ensure Pros are educated on how to manage their websites, helping them understand key features such as online booking, customer reviews, and content updates.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and internal systems to track requests, progress, and resolutions
  • Communicate effectively with Pros through phone, email, and chat, providing clear and concise updates on their website requests
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes, new features, and website management best practices to offer the best support possible

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in website support, account management or creation
  • 1+ year experience in customer success and/or support
  • This position requires contractors to use their own personal devices, applicants must have a stable internet connection in a distraction- free environment.
  • This role is a full-time US business hours position. You’ll be expected to work a full shift in anything from PST - EST timezones.

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $10,285-$12,100 USD Annually. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This is a full time contract role.
