  • Phone calls support and guidance for customers
  • Communication with different departments to follow up on solving problems
  • Analyzing and evaluating existing calls and processes and providing suggestions for their improvement
  • Identifying and solving customer problems using existing methods.
  • Record and track customer requests and problems in the system.
  • Providing effective solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on tickets
  • Negotiation skill
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems

Requirements

  • Familiar with gold industry
  • High public relations and proper expression
  • Ability to listen well and analyze customer requests or questions
  • High ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone
  • Good learning Passion/Skill
  • Interactive spirit and appropriate attitude
