Customer Support Specialist & Office Coordinator

As we expand our operations in the DACH region, we are seeking a versatile and dedicated colleague to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist and Office Coordinator. 

The Customer Support Specialist and Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction for German customers and maintaining smooth operations at our Munich office. This multi-faceted position combines customer support responsibilities with office coordination tasks and project administrative work. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients within the DACH region on our SaaS platform, while also ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Munich office. 


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the DACH region, providing exceptional customer support in German through different channels (phone, email, ticket system).
  • Assist clients in effectively utilizing the Effectory platform, answering product-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering technical guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with the global customer support team and local project assistant and client success team to escalate and resolve complex client issues promptly.

Office Coordination

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and colleagues.
  • Manage inventory, organize trips for colleagues, food & beverage, office drinks, etc.
  • Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and workshops.

Project Administrative Support

  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new client accounts on our SaaS platform, ensuring accurate onboarding and user access control.
  • Support clients in creating surveys, collecting feedback data, and generating comprehensive reports.
