We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with problems when using our products and services. This role will be based within our operation on the warehouse floor, allowing us to proactively manage and resolve clients’ issues.
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries on the hub, recommending solutions, physically resolving issues and raising any technical issues or complaints into our core Care team. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.
You will be instrumental in further establishing our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all stages of clients’ operational journeys.
Key responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, communicating via cases, telephony or video call as required
• Conduct warehouse tasks as required and update our clients accordingly
• Identify customer needs and help customers utilise their dashboards and tools Huboo can offer their clients
• Manage client claims for Huboo Extra and effectively apply credits when necessary
• Raise complaints successfully into our customer care team
• Report to clients on returns and ensure there is a clear communication loop
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities and any changes to their daily fulfilment
• Investigate and resolve operational errors with the assistance of our quality assurance teams
• Supply clients with clear and concise updates on parcel tracking and shipments
