Customer Support Specialist, Chinese

Job Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will provide players with supports for WARGAMING.NET products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and an interest in gaming. 

Reports to

Regional Customer Support Manager

What will you do?

  • Respond to player inquiries promptly and professionally in Chinese Language 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical/gaming issues related to gaming products and services

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Document player interactions and resolutions accurately in the system

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our gaming products and stay updated on industry trends

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward players at all times

What are we looking for?

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese Language

  • Prior experience in front line service or customer service industry

  • Ability to stay calm when players are stressed or upset

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure

  • Willing to work on the weekends and in office

  • High School Graduate, Associates Degree preferred

  • Interested in joining the gaming industry

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Advanced written and verbal communications skills in English

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or equivalent tools

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows-based operating systems

  • Passion for game, especially Wargaming products, is a plus
