Customer Support Specialist

CEQUENS is a leading provider of cloud communication solutions, and we are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with any inquiries, technical issues, or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by providing step-by-step instructions or escalating to the appropriate technical team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent, customer-centric support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

  • 3-5 years prior experience in customer support or technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
