We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in our Istanbul Studio. In this role, you will provide crucial game support, troubleshooting technical challenges and enhancing player experiences across our gaming platforms. Working closely with our technical and development teams, your contributions will be vital to the smooth operation and ongoing success of our games. This role is a shift based role with work on weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with technical issues related to game installation, performance, and network challenges.
- Provide timely and effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Address and manage player reports, including in-game issues and bug reporting.
- Collaborate with the development team to relay and troubleshoot technical issues reported by players.
- Respond to general questions and inquiries from our website, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Handle customer interactions across multiple channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
- Document and update customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticket system.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic technical understanding related to game installation and performance troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Additional languages are a plus.
