Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers through voice and email. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring their questions are answered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via voice and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer support initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and service standards.
Requirements:
- Male candidates preferred.
- Must possess a personal laptop for work purposes.
- Availability to work 3 days a week in the ixigo office in Gurgaon.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with email and calling support.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus.
