A Customer Support Engineer, Voice AI (Auto) is a skilled software developer who teams up with our automotive customers and external partners to ensure the smooth integration of voice AI into their products. Additionally, they have a keen understanding of partner requirements and are adept at identifying risks, pain/friction points, and improving various aspects of the platform. This role demands a diverse spectrum of software engineering skills, encompassing various programming languages and software design methodologies due to the range of customer preferences. Effective communication abilities are equally essential, given the direct engagement with external customers integral to the job. A Customer Support Engineer typically works on multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating adeptness in time management and skillful prioritization.
This position may require up to 15% travel to meet the needs of our business, and can be worked remotely throughout the greater Seoul, Seongnam City area in South Korea.
We’d be especially excited if you have experience in the automotive industry, especially in roles focused on product integration and providing technical support. Experience in AI, machine learning, or voice AI would be a valuable bonus.
