Customer Support Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our team based in Lidcombe on a permanent full-time basis working 38 hours a week in our Lidcombe office.

This role will see you take accountability for customer service administration, across the Sydney branch.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Qualify information through internal channels, received through the ticketing system
  • Support through regular communication, data entry, reporting, document.
  • Preparation and general support aligned to the business growth and customer retention focus.
  • Handle inbound/outbound contact in a professional manner to preserve customer
  • Work with our Internal Stakeholders by advising of sales opportunities
  • Provide support through preparing proposals as required by our Internal Stakeholders
  • Preparing quotes for work orders
  • Liaise with customers to confirm site movements and site requirements
  • Promptly process all leads as soon as documentation is received, maintaining invoice schedules in line with customer accounts
  • Prepare Customer Information Schedules and other reporting

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration would be desirable
  • Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products, Excel and PowerPoint essential
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to deal with issues promptly and equitably
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
