What you'll do

  • Handle written correspondence from our clients.
  • Process access related requests.
  • Answer inbound phone calls.
  • Other tasks instructed by superiors.
  • Perform work in line with internal policies.

On day one you'll bring

  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal) – C2 level.
  • Good organizational skills.

We'll love it even more if you

  • Speak additional languages besides English (preferably: Spanish, French, German or Italian
  • Are ambitious and driven - the ability to focus your energy on where it matters the most.
  • Are a Fast learner - you've learnt how to jump in and swim.
