As our French & English speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll be answering queries and providing support to our customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and our app. You'll use your excellent communication skills to identify customer needs and help them navigate our features and services. You'll also be responsible for updating our internal databases with feedback about technical issues, feature requests, and other useful information to help us continuously improve our offerings. Not only that, but you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams to help shape the future and follow through on projects.
