About the role

The Customer Success Team Lead will lead and grow a high-performing team within a complex technical environment, ensuring team productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous upskilling of team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers, facilitate their upskilling and preparation for challenging projects within a dynamic and complex technical environment; 
  • Distribute workload effectively, considering customer needs and project complexity, while maintaining team productivity;
  • Maintain control of client health, providing guidance and assistance where needed;
  • Monitor team progress, overseeing the well-being and performance of team members and ensuring support as necessary;
  • Assist in handling client escalations and addressing the needs of more complex customers;;
  • Organize and manage administrative tasks, including reports to senior management;
  • Foster collaboration and interaction with other teams, such as Product and Engineering, to ensure effective coordination and alignment.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience in complex technical settings, preferably within a software product company, demonstrating the ability to successfully manage teams and projects;
  • Proven experience in developing teams and individuals, fostering growth and capability enhancement within a scale-up environment;
  • Solid grasp of technical concepts and skills to comprehend elaborate technology and understand complex business use cases; 
  • Strong interpersonal and project leadership skills;
  • Skillful in managing efficient relationships with various stakeholders;
  • English - fluent C1/C1+.
