  1. Engage with our key merchants and help resolve issues and inquiries
  2. Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention
  3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  4. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features and increase the adoption rate
  1. Diploma Degree/Bachelor Degree in Communication or Management 
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experiences in Acoount Manager or Customer Success 
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative
  4. Customer Service oriented
