- Assist in the localization of game content and community materials to enhance player engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
▍ Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with preference given to those with relevant experience.
- Deep interest in games and otaku culture, with familiarity with the gaming market, culture, and terminology in English-speaking regions.
▍ Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Experience working in an international team.
- Background in customer success or support roles in the gaming industry.
