- Become an expert in Playtech software systems and apply this knowledge to real-world business situations.
- Work closely with licensees to improve their operational processes and deliver growth through optimization.
- Set up and configure engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Technical Delivery & QA teams on campaign coordination.
- Provide data insights and analysis to monitor performance and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Support internal teams with backend system knowledge sharing and industry insights.
- Assist in training activities.
- Identify upsell opportunities by understanding licensee needs and aligning them with our offerings.
- Set goals, define KPIs, and plan CRM approaches with relevant personnel.
- Update relevant stakeholders on project status at agreed intervals.

- Have experience in a CRM role within the gambling industry.
- Possess knowledge of both Sports and Casino operations.
- Have strong analytical skills and experience with CRM procedures and initiatives.
- Excel in presentation skills and can present to all levels of an organization.
- Have executed CRM lifecycles and activities.
- Have a detailed understanding of Playtech software (desirable).
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
