We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support the growth and success of our nurses. We seek a proactive, empathetic, and analytical person who will provide close and effective guidance, ensuring that our nurses are clear on their next steps and achieving their goals.
What will you do at Nunnas?
● Provide continuous support to nurses during their English language learning journey, ensuring their progress is monitored and reported regularly.
● Assist in the process of study validation in the U.S. (CGFNS) and help nurses prepare for the NCLEX exam, making sure they are fully prepared at each stage.
● Track the nurses’ progress and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
● Build and maintain strong, motivational relationships with nurses, ensuring they remain focused on their long-term goals and have clarity on the next steps in the process.
● Generate progress reports, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
What are we looking for?
● Advanced English proficiency: essential to communicate with our nurses and suppo them in their English and NCLEX exam preparation.
● Effective communication skills: the ability to engage with nurses clearly, empathetically, and persuasively.
● Proactivity: the ability to anticipate the nurses’ needs and act quickly to prevent issues.
● Organizational and prioritization skills: experience managing multiple accounts and priorities efficientl
● Problem-solving: the ability to come up with quick and creative solutions to challenges that arise during the nurses’ process.
● Accountability and follow-up: taking responsibility for tracking progress and ensuring that objectives are met.
● Data analysis skills: the ability to analyze progress data and make decisions based on that information.
● At least 1 year of experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
