- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Experience: 0-5 years in a customer service or related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred Background: Experience in customer service, customer success, or support is an advantage.
- Flexibility: Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
- Education: Open to all Malaysian citizens with relevant academic qualifications.
